Born out of the disruption of COVID, Digimock has built a new facility called "PACKFILL". Simply put the name says it all, Assisting clients who need a hand packing their products.

With short lead times and low run packing options, we've removed the need for high volume packing offered by many co-packers. Packing jobs from as low as 50 units and above within short lead times, we have listened and responded to the need for a flexible and bespoke product packing service for UK based clients. Perfect for Food Start Ups as well as Established Brands.

WHAT DOES PACKFILL DO ?

With an approved clean room packing facility and investment into a range of filling and sealing equipment - clients are getting products to market on time and with volumes that suit them and not others. Offering short lead times with no minimum order quantities - we are replenishing client stocks, packing for promotional campaigns and new product launches. PACKFILL's aim is to take the strain out of packing demands.

PRODUCT TYPES FOR CO PACKING
We can pack dry and ambient products into a range of pre made packaging formats. Typically powders such as supplements, spice blends and ingredients mixes as well as confectionery items and even tablets. And we have our sights focussed on the ability to flowrap and form fill seal as our future aims. Watch this space!

WHAT ARE PRODUCTS PACKED INTO
Packing into your own bespoke printed pouches, tubs or jars for example - our machinery is aligned to fill with accuracy and speed.
Projects are managed by a carefully developed "JOB SHEET and APPROVAL" process. Meaning we understand exactly what you need with controls in place that are approved by you.
