# Notice anything different about our logo?
Digimock is now a registered trade mark.
We are proud of our Digimock mockups and believe they should be industry standard when brands order their packaging. We therefore wanted to protect our brand exclusively in relation to the goods and services that we offer.
A trade mark is a powerful tool; it protects our brand against unauthorised use from other parties. As a young business we wanted to establish ourselves in our marketplace and getting our brand trade marked is a key step in doing just that. It is a sign that we as a business are invested in our brand and the quality of goods and services that we provide to our customers.
Our logo mark is another way of distinguishing our goods and services from those of others – we believe we have a distinctive logo that we wanted to be exclusively associated with us, guaranteeing the origin of the product. By using the ® symbol, we put others on notice of our rights to the mark and are further protecting our brand that we have worked so hard over the last 12 months to build.
Finally, we would like to thank our clients for their support to-date and their use of Digimock mockups. We look forward to continuing to deliver our full range of Digimock mockup services on the 5-step journey to full packaging production.
